Welcome to Hok Studio! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of the Hok Studio mobile application, website, and any other products or services provided by Spendit Inc. ("Wiki", "we", or "us"). By downloading, accessing or using Hok Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Hok Studio.

To use Wiki, you must create an account with accurate personal information. You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and restricting unauthorized access. Spendit accounts are non-transferrable.

Hok Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app and services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of our services or included software.

You are solely responsible for your use of Hok Studio in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. Do not use our services to violate intellectual property, engage in illegal activities, or transmit harmful content.

Hok Studio integrates with third-party financial institutions and service providers to facilitate account linking, transaction data access, and payments. You grant Hok Studio permission to access this data through secured connections per the institutions' terms.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account. Hok Studio will not be liable for any losses from account compromise due to your actions.

Any feedback, comments, or ideas you provide about Hok Studio become our property and you relinquish intellectual property rights over them. We have no obligation to review user content for accuracy.

Certain premium Hok Studio features may require payment of fees which will be clearly disclosed. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time.

Hok Studio may contain links to, or content from, third parties which are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse nor are responsible for any third-party content, products or services.

We may suspend or terminate your Hok Studio account and access immediately if we believe you violated these Terms. Upon termination, any licenses granted by Hok Studio will cease.

Hok Studio services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind.  We disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages related to your use or inability to use Hok Studio.
